Final thoughts on this thread:
Although I like the new UI and some of the new features with the Windows version, I think this new version is half baked and should not have been forced upon customers like it was. CM2 was quirky (it was a DOS app) but it worked. I can't say the same for this new one. I also disagree with Interlink's discontinuation of support on CMv2 at the end of last year. Until the new program is stable (and even version 1.4.10 is far from that, IMHO), they should continue to support CMv2. As far as I'm concerned, the Windows version just isn't ready for production use. I consider it beta quality at best. Please let me iterate that I am not trying to start a flame war, cause feelings, be overly rude or unprofessional in any way. I am simply frustrated and am unhappy with the way things have unfolded with this new app.

I certainly agree with you that this version should have had tons more testing than it received. I also think the company should have surveyed ALL of its customers to find out what features were used the most. I was told that they did have a select few surveyed, but it wasn't enough evidently. I know Interlink was anxious to launch the windows version, but in their haste they have caused hard feelings and mistrust. Their customer service is unacceptable because I don't think they know all the bugs and have to wait for us to find them. Because of the problems in the software, many of us need help in understanding how this new version works. I still am disappointed that many of the features that were in CMV2 weren't even considered to be part of the program. I don't think they even KNEW about some of the features.
I do agree that this version could be a much better version of the software and more user friendly. As it is, though, it is far from the program we were promised for years, and years, and years.

I do use all of the features offered here. I have found one thing I miss and that is being able to change the count on my bundle caps. Sure would waste a lot less paper. But for the most part I like what has happened with the new software. I am self taught on the program.

Follow this path:
Tools, Default Report Values, Bundle Tops Newspapers, OK, Change the Max Bundle Count, Continue, Close You will of course have to Close Issue in order for these changes to take effect. Hope this helps.
