Sub Carrier Delivery Person

Is there a way to put Sub-Carrier information in the Circulation program?
I have a carrier who will be on vacation for 3 months and I have a Sub-Carrier for his route.

How do I enter this carrier with out adding a new Carrier Route #?

Can anyone help me with this?
